The Ishkoodah Cup this Saturday!

One of the most fun regattas is this Saturday, the Ishkoodah. This regatta, where we get to chase all over Lac St. Louis is over 100 years old now. Pack a lunch for Dowkers Bay, then cross the start line at 1:15 pm.

The boat above is the Ishkoodah winner of the first race in 1897, hence the informal name for this race, which is actually called the Baie D'Urfe-Beaurepaire Regatta, the oldest continually running regatta in Canada's history.

A lot of different silver will be awarded to winners of various handicapped classes.
PHRF I & II race for the Yawl Cup
PHRF III (Incl. Mirage 24, Tanzer 22, Shark) race for the Ishkoodah Cup
White Sail race for the White Sail Trophy
Multi-hulls race for the Catamaran Cup
Dinghies race for 3 different trophies based on handicap categories
