Ross Tellier, a top race officer himself, and an excellent instructor will be giving this course. The 2 days will cover organizing racing for levels 1 & 2. Ross' profession was teaching and his course is superbly organized, highly informative, and Ross makes sure the material is clear. I took this course last year and was very impressed. $65 gets you Ross Tellier (which makes it a bargain by itself), the rule book, CYA notes, and refreshments. It is indeed a great deal. If you simply want to help out with club races, or you want to go on to major regattas, this is the place to start.
